Sound Societies is a vision for communities that choose abundance over scarcity, connection over isolation, and care over competition.
We emerge from festival culture, wellness communities, and techno-optimist thinkers who believe the tools for post-scarcity living already exist, they simply haven't been assembled into lasting communities yet.
Solarpunk in aesthetic, accelerationist in ambition, all grounded in practice.
Three Currents
Permanent and semi-permanent communities designed for long-term flourishing. Shared land, renewable infrastructure, regenerative agriculture, and economic mutualism.
Festival culture as a laboratory for new social forms. Ritual, music, art, and play as technologies of connection. The temporary autonomous zone as prototype for the permanent one.
Wellness and inner work at the center of community life. Somatic healing, contemplative practice, and collective care as the substrate of a thriving society.
